Added new patterns using Quaternions

Bearings Purification
- Gets the Quaternion of a Ship
Bearings Distillation
- Sets the Quaternion of a Ship if the Ship is uncloaked and if the Quaternion is valid

Also added Fabric Language Kotlin to Fabric build.gradle because ComplexHex needed a newer version

PSA: I wouldn't merge this before merging feature/more_iotas as this will likely conflict if you merge both together
