Closed: removed MixinCompiler from the mixins json a while ago

It's still dead code. It's code that's not doing anything and should still be removed because it makes it more confusing for anyone trying to read your code.

gonna add ldd instruction out of spite now so it is no longer dead code (and also bring back mixin conflicts 🙃 )
