Icon states goldenplaque, blankplaque, kiddieplaque(silver), and employee plaque have directional sprites now. Construction is still all sorts of not working but I think thats an issue with find_and_hang_on_wall() which is likely used for other wallframes, so this pr is just the icons.
Commision plaques(4 states) have been resprited in a 3/4ths perspective and should be placed on walls now (they were originally placed on the floor). Commision plaques don't have directional sprites because they cannot be placed in game.
