Resprites the blob to 3/5ths perspective, with full new sprites for any of the full blob "chunks" that exist on the station.
This includes sprites for the reinforced, weakened, reflective, factory, and resource blobs.
Additionally, adds some code for legibility on the blob, such as a mob offset the same as we use on tables, and adding a second overmind reticle when controlled to show off the size of the different blob tiles.
Why It's Good For The Game
Not on the main list, but it's one of the more egregious examples of things that stand in stark contrast to the rest of the wallening sprites.
