Hambuger Menu Hit Target too Small #400

Steps to reproduce/test case

In article view: tap on the hamburger icon bottom right, more often than not the menu will fail to open. You have to be very precise when tapping on that button to make it work.

Improvement

Make the hit target larger than the actual icon.
