Dependence of Rmarkdown #416

When we use the instalation code of the vignete, it gives an error, saying that Rmarkdown package is not installed. Maybe you could specify it as a dependence in the package, or include in the intallation code a line do install the Rmarkdown package.

As of v2.1.2, both rmarkdown and markdown are included in Imports.
