Download of session, files, images #432

every time I try to download anything on Wallace I end up with '.htm' file that I cannot sign in to or it's unable to save at all. regardless of the type of the file .csv, png, or pdf.. I will always obtain .htm. How do you think I could solve this issue?

Are you finding you can download one item correctly and the following items won't download? Make sure you close any Chrome popups (like the download notification panel).

Is it happening at every component (occs, envs, etc...) or one in particular?

Try closing Chrome and R/Rstudio, clear your R environment, and try again. I've seen this issue but I just restarted everything and it worked, so it may be just a Chrome issue. Alternatively, if it still doesn't work, you can try using a different browser (Wallace automatically opens in your default, so you'd just need to switch defaults).
