Software cost too much memory

The program is not enough efficient when the memory resource is restricted. For compare, my zoom only cost 170 MB memory while running just now. I don't see why the software can cost some much memory, with only 9 person inside my contact list. expecting it to be lower than 100MB.

Team's Response

It is not included in our stated non functional requirements. Our main target audience is managers in Food business SMEs so it is not required to support running application for thousands of contacts.

In addition, the screenshot taken below is taking with 13 people in the database, where the netconnect (java) app uses 200+ MB which is less than Zoom and Goodnotes, which is a note taking app:
