NSSegmentedControl does not get localized via GTMUILocalizerAndLayoutTweaker

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put a NSSegmentedControl in a custom view and hook up the localizer.
2. Give the segmented control some localized strings.
3. Run the app.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The strings don't get localized. They are left in their ^IDS_RAW form.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using r330 of GTM in Chromium.

Please provide any additional information below.
