We have already a high prio BUG reported, were we have the same issue for the normal wallee/prestashop plugin.
I have reported now too, that this can also be the case for the mailhook plugin.

I really hope to find a solution asap because it seems to be a prerequisite in order to install the Postfinace module.
I already contacted the Postfinance support and I'm waiting for their reply.

Actually I was lucky because the module I needed to install now includes the Mailhook functionality by default. So I didn't have to find a solution for Mailhooks. Hope you find a solution soon. Best regards
@norca1762 I saw that you contacted postfinance, are you using the latest postfinance checkout module?

@vaperolles i'm using the postfinance module partially. Still waiting for a solution, because it's not Postfinance who developped the module and they told me that all necessary informations were sent to the agency who made this module and they will contact me as soon as they have a response. It's been almost two weeks and unfortunately no news yet.

@norca1762 You're a bit luckier than me, I don't have any payment modules other than the Postfinance.

@norca1762 I found the solution, unzip the file rename the folder by mailhook zip it and try to install again. In the mailhook.php the name of the module is mailhook and the folder name should be the same.
Thank you @vaperolles for your response. What about “postfinancecheckout” module? it works correctly? For my part, I directly installed the "postfinancecheckout" module without first installing the Mailhook. Initially version 1.2.39 and since yesterday the latest version. This may have something to do with the problem I'm currently experiencing when the cart contains more than one product.
