moar line number rendering query

Hi John,

I noticed that when the number of lines in a document becomes large, underscores are used instead of normal line numbers. This causes readability issues and can be confusing at times. Is it possible to display normal line numbers instead of underscores?

Reading up a bit it seems like the thousands separators should be added for numbers 10000 and above, not 1000 and above as moar does it, and I can make that change:

@walles No is 1000 only ....if read the lines in my text its 1468,1469 so on not 1_468
