New Espers logo (300x300) obtained from an Espers core team member in Discord.

I will make the logo slightly smaller to better fit into the generated paper wallet - will update the PR shortly

Thanks so much! @MichaelMure I believe updates are also needed to the actual wallet code, I will try and dig into that as well shortly
