look into storing images on a different drive from www #9

We should probably storage all the images on one of the other drives to help balance any IO load.

@jianyuan I'm thinking we should have maintenance window some weekend. Power the site down, move all the images to one of those other drives so they are separated from the main site. Add a symlink for rails to pick them up.

I'm considering using btrfs for image storage.
