Update raml2html to ^0.28.0 #3

The current raml2html version is ^0.19.0 which is quite behind the latest.

I updated example.html to the actual output from 0.28.0 but it would be better to compare with actual output, not the static file.

Sorry for the delay! I'll update it to latest (0.30.0).
