Search functionality in PEPS #23

I happened to notice that search is not working in PEPS, is this something that has not been implemented yet (Why is there search input in this case?) or does it need to be configured?

Sorry for the delay. If you install PEPS from the Docker containers, search should be working (there is a solr container for this). Check that this container has been built and is running.
