Restore RDS from snapshot #194

Currently I can't see any option to do this. Is this in the pipeline or future releases ?

@varunchandak Excuse the delay, we took some time off.

This is indeed a nice functionality that we should integrate. Maybe into the awless create database with something like awless create database snapshot=... size=... type=..., like we do when creating a read replica.

Not sure when it will be done. This week we will release the 1.10. Might do it for the next one.
