Create new installer for Walls #15

Regarding making an install I've used Wix in the past: http://wixtoolset.org/ It is a little awkward and time consuming, but not difficult.

@kdemarest actually I'm 90% of the way there using the InstallShield project templates for visual studio

I prefer Wix as well, though I agree that it's tricky.

Meh, I had looked at some of the WiX tutorials when I was trying to decide what to use, but I was able to figure out the InstallShield project template UI much faster than I would be able to read through the WiX documentation. The Walls installer doesn't need to do anything complex

I use Inno for CaveWhere. Haven't played around with anything else, so I don't know how it compares to the other tool you'll have listed.
