Create production require.js build #4

Should minify into a single file, and clean the js directory appropriately so it's the only file left.

@kenwheeler Does this make sense? We just need a setup so that someone can flip a generated project into "production" mode. Not sure what the best setup is, but a good starting point would be to pretend if this was for one of your clients.
