Get livereload to work #7

Current setup implies that requireJS has cache busting problems even in development

@kenwheeler repo is fairly easy, just generate a new project, then start editing. The page should reload but it don't! Any experience with the livereload plugin for grunt? Think this is more about RequireJS cache busting though.
