Marked dependency was missing after upgrade #76

Hi,

the version 0.5 looks awesome! Thanks.

Just a small note, after upgrade, I got an error marked dependency missing.

I did a:

   npm install -g marked

And it works now.

I'll close the issue directly, since it might not be related directly to the thorax generator.
