Deploy 0.1.3 to clojars #2

As of 2017-02-21, version 0.1.3 is not available on clojars.org.

It is normal for code and docs to run a bit ahead of latest.

I've updated the README to include a link/image for the latest version up on Clojars.

Glad you're using this ... it actually saved me a lot of bother just today dealing with some conflicts across libraries.
