name: Implement monitor groupings about: Gives the user an advantage of grouping similarly monitored keywords/links/variants into monitor pools.

Changes

monitor pooling
batch status updates every 250ms

[ ] Manual Checks
- [ ] Define a Manual test for the reviewer to perform (if applicable)
- If needed, describe a list of steps the reviewer should take
- These should be regular bullets so we don't have that many checkboxes!
- [ ] Manual tests can be one liners if they aren't to difficult as well!
