Column 1: Put the green check mark icon in the first column. Also, remove the year.
Column 2: Put the task icon in front of all the various tasks except for “Stage Only”.
Insert the “Status” bar for the order between columns 3 and 4…ie., “Ready”, “Delivery Ready”, etc. (Red line)
In the last column (Fulfillment) add the purple delivery icon.
