Convert delivery system to a broad system to include local and 3rd party (see notes) #278

Deliveries are assigned to a timeslot (route) like afternoon OR third party (UPS)

  1. Local deliveries

    • Delivery restrictions are changed to delivery alerts, which are assigned to a day and timeslot (route)
    • Items are assigned to vehicles by a manager morning-of
    • A manifest view is generated after items are assigned for each vehicle to load/check inventory before it goes out
    • Don't copy special instructions and just display order and a delivery-specific section

  2. 3rd Party

    • Pickup date (by the carrier)
    • Tracking number
    • Delivery expected on date

Implement card version for 'Open Deliveries' view to ease everyone into it
