Delivery List #282

  1. Order Status instead of Delivery status doesn't convey 'Unscheduled' status, need delivery status
  2. Last note or something similar should accompany all unscheduled
  3. Split deliveries sidebar into two subheadings for third and local
    • Third party pages: Open Deliveries, Today's Pickups, Needs Attention
    • Local pages: Open, Needs Attention, Today's Deliveries
  4. Closed deliveries is separate
    • Columns: closed (date and time), delivery status, city (sub route), order status, recipient (contact)
  5. Open deliveries columns: requested, DELIVERY status, city, Recipient
    • Remove all subsystem columns and information column
