  1. Remove Tax Codes, Locations, Organizations, Roles, Users
  2. Have a 'sync tax codes' button to align table
  3. Break settings out into order and delivery settings with headers
  4. Order section should be sources, vendors, task types, fulfillment methods
  5. Add Delivery Vehicles and Delivery Couriers
