adds shadcn-ui -> tooltip
fed live data to gas-spent.tsx
backend change PR #4
fix missing camelcaseKeys transformation in non cached api call
some style changes
resolves some merge mess up in main
resolves #1

Hi, it seems the L1 Gas Spent section is broken

Hey @melnikga can you check if the data is coming for L1 gas stats? because the backend PR got merged just recently.

edit: also good catch, will add a empty placeholder in the morning : )
