where is the 'option' tab? #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I search into 3.70 for the option tab and can't find it back?!
+ playing songs 'the vaccines' is not possible.. how comes?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Options now live in Tools > Options.
