Don't know if helps, but here's a way to get playlists..

http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/user/__USERNAME__/playlists.xml

when you go there, it'll show some of  the links to the playlists, don't know 
if this will help, but there you go.

Yeah, the playlists are documents in the last.fm api, I can add that the the My 
Last.fm tab when I get around to it.
