Tweak Style #21

Need especially to work images. They autofill horizontally and have no max-width. So sometimes they are HUGE.

@sehorowitz I've made a couple tweaks to the way certain images are displayed. I'm leaving most images alone beyond enforcing a maximum size. But for long vertical images they were looking pretty wonky. So I default to just having the images on the right with some padding. Let me know what you think. You can find examples on the NINES page and on Problems with Data. Troubleshooting them on a case-by-case basis as needed. Haven't done beyond the data cleaning one yet. Doing it as I go.

Other images to style: licensing for prism pt. 2, various parts of zotero, voyant pt. 1.

Then beyond that it's a question of whether we stick with default to left orientation for images or work in centering. I won't prioritize beyond the ones specifically listed above though. Center/left is not a big deal.

Did all others except for the zotero images.

Think that's about as good as it's going to get for now. Priorities and all that.
