imsdroid can only work in LAN (Local Area Network)?????? why？？？

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I use Kamailio as my sip server,and i can send message ,make voice call 
,video call in LAN, However, if i use any other wifi hotspot that not in the 
LAN,I can not receive any message,or voice call,video call.It seems that other 
client can not find me,but i can send message to the client who is in the LAN 
where the Kamailio located.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
