Drone module graceful failure on 1.15.2 #433

This patch emits an error for the drone module, but does not throw, when loading ScriptCraft on 1.15.2.

When the code uses the drone module, it will throw, with a message that 1.15.2 is not supported.

This is a temporary patch while we fix it for 1.15.2
