Cannot bundle instance on Eucalyptus.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Windows instance on Eucalyptus EE.
2. Select "Bundle into an AMI" from instance contextmenu.
3. Hybridfox tries to do AWS region check and S3 request,
   but these are not available on other than AWS,
   so the bundling is discontinued.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot bundle windows instances on Eucalyptus.

Attached patch file for hybridfox1.6.
    - skips AWS region check and S3 request when Endpoint is not AWS.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 hybridfox-1.6.000165 on Windows

Current build lacks some Entites in ja-JP locale.
Please apply this patch.
