What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new key pair
2. Many other operations
3. You often get a dialog with the title "Retry or Cancel?" EC2 responded with
an error for DescribeKeyPairs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error dialog. The operations are always successful. It's just this pesky
dialog pops up all the time.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.000177 Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
The dialog never has any details, no ID, no fault code.
