VS2019安装时有“Microsoft.Net.4.TargetingPack,version=4.0.30319.2” 和 “Microsoft.Net.4.5.TargetingPack,version=4.5.50709.2” 两个东西, 不过无法但安装. 目前安装一个空的2019是唯一的解决方案.

无法单独安装.

最新【一键处理】方法： https://github.com/MrXhh/VSTools/releases 1）下载 VS2022Net4NotCompileFix 2）右键管理员执行 3）重启VS
