在安装完oh-my-posh之后，使用Get-PoshThemes启动时报错：Get-PoshThemes: The term 'Get-PoshThemes' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.不知道博主有没有遇到这个问题呢
