Bug: "A newer .NET Framework is required" even though the latest version is installed

Describe the bug It is impossible for me to load the plugin in KeePass on Linux because of this error message:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the preview version of .NET (version 6)
2. Verify the installation using dotnet --version
3. Install the plugin
4. Restart KeePass
5. See error

Expected behavior The plugin should find the installed version of .NET and compile.
