On Firefox 131.0.3 (64-bit) the extension no longer works in SF sandboxes with salesforce-setup in the URL. I have removed/added the extension. That didn't resolve the issue.

It still works in prod SF environments and sandboxes without salesforce-setup in the URL.

+1. Seems repo has been updated to support this on chrome but the firefox extension is outdated so hasn't received those updates yet.
