Wish I knew what was going on here.
Installed serial, xmodem and pyserial and when I scan, I get the following:
python ncp.py scan Exception: <class 'IndexError'> COM4 Exception: <class 'IndexError'> COM5 {"ports": [{"port": "COM4", "deviceType": "unknown"}, {"port": "COM5", "deviceType": "unknown"}]}
