Restructure libraries as follows:

libofs stdio, posix lib posix-pvfs, openfile-util, iocommon libpvfs2 sysint and below

Add documentation describing this

Modified Makefile in Trunk to put only original contents in libpvfs2 and new usring contents in liborangefs. libofs remains unchanged.

Need to migrate to Stable, Next branaches.
