There is a pretty good, parseable list of TLDs maintained by Mozilla here ( https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/netwerk/dns/effective_tld_names.dat?raw=1) that we could use.

We can't duplicate configurations for all TLDS a site uses (.com, .co.uk, etc). We should allow there to be an array of TLDS that the site config is valid for or something like that.
