A deb packet dependency is missing #52

Hi,

I'm just switching from sqlite to postgres and so I detect that

phyton3-psycopg2

is not in the dependencies, but needed.

Yeah, that's more like an optional package as the database backend is pluggable. Why depend on postgres libs when you're sqlite only?
