Use cases for `find` lacking #16

Given that find has many different fields to find from, UC05 is either too specific, or there are lacking use cases.

Finding by department is unlikely to be the only relevant use of find, and could potentially be leaning into too many specifics for the use case.

As such, being more general (such as "Finding by a characteristic") or adding more use cases for other fields would improve this use case.
