Name field is restrictive #6

As it is right now, the name parameter of an employee only allows alphanumeric characters and whitespaces. This could be a hindrance to some employers whose employees have names with nonstandard characters, such as different alphabets or "s/o".

It is not a major problem, but being less restrictive on what characters can be used for names in the entries would be a good feature to have for many users.

Thank you for your input. We have this under the Planned Enhancement section, if a bug is under the Planned Enhancement section it can be rejected.
