[Bug]: minimal-hydra-example is missing wandb config

I'm trying to learn how to properly integrate WandB and Hydra, so I tried to run the minimal example, in an isolated environment:

git clone https://github.com/wandb/examples.git
cd examples/examples/minimal-hydra-example/
conda create -n hydra-wandb python=3.10
conda activate hydra-wandb
pip install -r requirements.txt 
python main.py

And I got an error in the output,

Set the environment variable HYDRA_FULL_ERROR=1 for a complete stack trace.

And indeed, there is no configs/wandb directory, and therefore no configs/wandb/default.yaml either
