ollama was installed in windows，how can I use it?

I have already installed the Windows version of Ollama. I want use it ,not in docker's ollama.

You can export environment variable OLLAMA_HOST = "your Ollama url" and it will detect your downloaded model and will list it in the dropdown under ollama models
