Upgrade Terraform Google Module Provider to Version >5 #138

The Terraform Google module is currently using version 4 of the provider. It is requested to upgrade to a version greater than 5 to ensure compatibility and leverage newer features. The current version can be referenced at the GitHub link below:

Current Google Provider Version
