Hey guys. We cannot execute this as such -- we have to be careful how we upgrade Aurora, and it needs to be in stepwise fashion from one version the next. Otherwise, it's possible that we end up with RDS and terraform in a permananent conflict. I'm going to close this PR for now, but know that I do have this particular set of upgrades in the works.
