Test a HA Clickhouse install on openshift #2772

For self-managed Weave for some customers, we may need to provide support to self-manage an open-source Clickhouse install on Openshift. This ask is to test / PoC such an install on an openshift cluster using both approaches of Altinity operator and without, and document those such that it could be shared with customers.
