Attention submenu missing #21

Describe the bug Discipline Icon supposed to redirect to attention submenu. This however, is not implemented

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run main.py
  2. Navigate to position 8
  3. Select
  4. No reaction

Expected behavior Supposed to open the attention submenu to view what the tama needs
